about

This came to be right after a conversation about how mashups made for humor value can have sloppy editing but mashups made for the sake of the melody tend to have tighter standards. This has extremely low standards and everything here was thrown in for the fuck of it but I think it does go well together at parts. (Notice just how quickly it deviates from the actual All Star/Running in the 90s mashup. That's literally the only reason this is called "Running in the 99s".)

The Bastards part originally wasn't there, and in its place was just a brief silence exposing the "pissing contest" clip. I think it alongside The Globalist accidentally gave the song a vague semblance of a plot. Originally I only added it because "THIS IS A RESTRICTED AREA" as a comical overreaction to something cracks me up for some reason.

(And, for the record, That's What I Like is the most embarrassing song I've ever heard.)
